These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Picky Bits website and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide private dining, event catering, meal delivery, picky boxes, and cakes in Manchester and surrounding areas. Availability may vary.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed in advance via our website, email, or agreed method.

• Bookings will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance paid the day of the booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Product cancellations, i.e. cakes, ready made meals etc. must be made at least 5 days before the event/delivery date for a full refund.

• Short-notice cancellations may not be refundable due to perishable ingredients and preparation costs.

• Deposits for private dining/events are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take allergies seriously. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking. While we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Picky Bits. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g. delivery delays, supply shortages)

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check back regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
